10% Disqualification Rule (Critical)

HPSC has a strict 10% rule for disqualification:

  • Every question has 5 circles (A, B, C, D, E)
  • Candidates MUST darken at least one circle for every question
  • If you attempt less than 10% of total questions, you will be directly disqualified
  • If you don’t know the answer, darken circle ‘E’ to avoid disqualification
  • Even blank/unattempted questions count towards disqualification if below 10%

How to Avoid Disqualification:

  • Mark all questions, even if you don’t know the answer
  • Use ‘E’ option as a safe choice for unknown answers
  • Never leave questions completely blank

Other Important Instructions

  1. Aadhaar Mandatory: Aadhaar number is required for registration. Ensure your Aadhaar details match with your 10th certificate.
  2. No Corrections: Once the application is finally submitted, no corrections or modifications will be allowed. Fill carefully.
  3. One Application Only: Candidates should apply only once. Multiple applications will lead to rejection of candidature.
